ISO 9001 audit successfully passed
An external audit ISO 9001 took place on 1st and 2nd of July 2013. This follow-up audit was conducted by the independent company BSI, an internationally recognized certification company. No non-conformities were identified during the assessment. The certification scope covers all activities of MeteoLux.
MeteoLux has successfully proven that the processes and management system in place fully comply with ISO 9001 standards by passing the annual ISO inspection with no deviations raised. The success of this external audit ISO 9001 encourages MeteoLux to continue the implementation of many projects to better satisfy its users and stakeholders.
Since 2007, MeteoLux has implemented a quality management system. This approach is part of a policy of continuous improvement and performance improvement for the quality of the meteorological services.
